Alivio is a Spanish word which means ‘Relief.’ And that’s what we are all about, the reason we exist – to provide relief and succour to those who need it the most. To fulfil this lofty objective, we strive to make innovative solutions and therapies from technologically advanced companies available to patients and the medical fraternity as a whole. If thereby we manage to alleviate suffering in any manner, we feel that we have achieved our purpose.

So allow us to explain what we do in more detail. To be brief, we at Alivio serve as a channel or link, so to speak, between the manufacturer / OEM / innovator and the end user to help deliver cutting edge technology and innovative solutions to patients as well as the government. Yes, you heard it right – the government. Let us elaborate - we helped in the introduction and subsequent treatment of thousands of poor patients with state-of-the-art Medtronic Pacemaker and Devices in West Bengal Govt hospitals. We are also trying to help the government identify and purchase ENT and Neuro Navigation systems that will substantially improve the efficacy of ENT and Neuro surgeries.

By connecting the world of innovative technologies and clinicians, bringing together modern solutions and patients and helping technology companies reach every section of society we strive to maximise benefit for patients. For instance, in the near future, Alivio is preparing to promote Robotic surgery from Smith n Nephew for knee replacement to the Govt. of West Bengal. This will result in significantly improved post-operative results and naturally help patients get back to healthy life faster.

Founded in 2012 by Sandip Bhattacharya and led by industry veterans, our core team has a cumulative industry experience of a staggering 125 years and is well-versed in the nuances
and intricacies of techno-commercial BD and sales.
